The foundation is dedicated to the promotion of active living and building programs that focus on improvements in both physical and mental health within the community.

Our Programs

As we develop our portfolio of programs, the Foundation will seek to have an impact in many different aspects of the Ottawa community and beyond. Our programs will look to touch upon a number of different topics. In the beginning, we will focus our efforts on a few specific areas.
